This is an intensive program designed to fill the ELICITATION gap that exists in most business analyst training models. Our training courses do not focus extensively on the theory of business requirements, but the action of asking the right questions at the right times to ensure comprehensive documentation. We introduce your business analysts to XCellR8 (pronounced 'accelerate') our approach to the rapid elicitation of requirements from stakeholders. This equips students with practical techniques that can be employed to improve their productivity in gaining consensus on requirements among the stakeholder community.

OVERVIEW OF TRAINING OPTIONS

We offer training programs for up to 20 students on-site across North America. These programs are delivered by members of our facilitation team - all practitioners with a wealth of experience in leading needs assessment sessions and eliciting business requirements from stakeholders:

• Techniques training: The techniques for eliciting and testing the completeness of requirements, and documenting these in a format that can be readily used by developers.
• Advanced training: Using these techniques to be the lead facilitator, assess new projects, perform gap analyses and test traceability of delivered.
