1) We have no documentation lag. What we capture in facilitation Monday to Thursday is signed-off by participants on Friday.

2) Our methodology continuously tests the completeness of material extracted from participants and prompts them with questions to flesh out missing details. This process is proactive and systematic to yield a more complete result.

3) Our elicitation plans are typically correct, +/- a few days in accuracy, with precise targeting of what subject expertise needs to be available

4) We use a very small team to run very large engagements.
